2. Professional Conduct
Fiduciary Duty
Agents must always act in the best interest of the client (the principal), placing the client’s interests above their own.
Conflict of Interest
Any personal interest in a transaction (e.g., buying for oneself or a family member) must be disclosed in writing immediately.
Fair Housing & Non-Discrimination
We strictly adhere to all local and international Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
3. Operational Guidelines
- Agreements: No property will be marketed without a fully signed and executed Exclusive Listing Agreement.
- Trust Funds: Agents strictly cannot commingle client funds with personal funds. Deposits must be made within [24/48] hours.
- Offers: All offers received must be presented to the seller immediately, regardless of price or terms.
